Issue: On certain trucks, a software problem could cause reduced trailer braking when towing a tanker trailer without internal baffles. Safety Risk: Reduced braking can cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mack will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to update the vehicle software.
