Issue: In certain situations, there could be an unexpected change in handling and control of the motorcycle at high speed. Safety Risk: An unexpected change in handling and control could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Harley-Davidson will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to update the engine control module (ECM) software.
