Issue: On a small number of buses, the emergency exit window latches may be difficult to open. Safety Risk: An emergency exit window that doesn't open easily could increase the risk of injury in an emergency situation. Corrective Actions: Prevost will notify owners by mail and provide instructions for how to inspect and adjust the emergency exit windows.
