Issue: On certain vehicles, the seat belts for the second-row outboard seats may have an incorrect D-ring. As a result, the seat belt could bunch up and tear in a crash. Safety Risk: A seat belt that breaks in a crash could create an increased risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Toyota will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the second-row outboard seat belt assemblies.
