Issue: On certain trucks, the rear shackle bolts for the front leaf springs may not be properly tightened. As a result, the bolts could loosen and detach from the truck. Safety Risk: Parts that detach from the truck could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of crash. Corrective Action: Mitsubishi Fuso will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to inspect and tighten the front spring shackle bolts, as necessary. If a bolt has loosened and damaged the shackle, the shackle and hardware will be replaced.
