On certain buses, the washers used to mount the driver's seat belt assembly to the B-pillar may crack due a manufacturing error. If this occurs, a cracked washer could fall from the seat belt mounting area, causing the seat belt webbing to become loose, and increasing the risk of injury in the event of a crash. Correction: Dealers will replace all the affected washers.
