On certain vehicles, the bolts required to hold the chassis frame extension adapter may not have been installed during the conversion process. This could cause the frame and/or frame extension structure to distort when towing, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install the missing bolts to the frame extension adapter.
