On certain transit buses, the bolts that secure the steering miter box to the vehicle may too long. This could prevent proper application of the clamping load, allowing the bolts to loosen. A loss of steering control could result in a vehicle crash causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the bolts.
